Originally from London living friend to friend, drops out of A-Levels and moves up north to live with Sophia for a clean slate. Intially hopeful but dragged back into relapsing.



Anthony is detached from life, acting on impulse and self-destructive urges. He prefers to surround himself with crowds of people to avoid the expectation of being present in reality. His interactions are shallow and uninterested, vague enough to weasel his way out of any conversation.

He deprives himself of intimacy because of its volatility; his lethargy and avoidance prevents close relationships, craving connection but suppressing it. The bonds he unintentionally forms are exploitative, leeching off of Sophia’s indifference and his assumption that Lena will finance his lifestyle. He’s self-loathing but self-aware, knows when he fucks up but never takes accountability – it’s easier for him to ignore.
